The global spread of COVID-19 placed political leaders under massive scrutiny, as their people looked to them to manage and alleviate the crisis. While friends and colleagues know that I am not a huge fan of the current administration and some of its policies, the management of the outbreak is one that deserves laud, especially during a time when most around the world are still struggling with containment.
